• Content on this site is general information about roofing. It is not a quote, an inspection or professional advice for your specific property.
• Prices shown are planning ranges. A price only becomes an offer when it is given to you in a written quote.
• You may not copy or republish the content of this site for commercial use without our written permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Inspections

Inspections are free and carry no obligation to hire us. The written photo report is yours to keep. It records what we could safely observe on the day; it is not an engineering assessment and cannot reveal conditions hidden under roofing materials.

Quotes and agreements

• Every job is priced in a written, line-item quote. Work begins only after you accept it in writing.
• The quote states how long its pricing is valid. After that, material prices may need to be updated.
• Concealed conditions, most commonly damaged decking found after tear-off, are handled the way the quote sets out, typically at a stated price per sheet. We tell you what we find before the extra work is done.
• Any change to the scope is agreed in writing before it is carried out.

Scheduling and weather

Start dates and durations are estimates. Weather, material deliveries and safety conditions can move them. We will not work on a roof in conditions that are unsafe for the crew or bad for the installation, and we keep you informed when a date moves.

Your responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property, driveway space for materials and access to power where needed.
• Confirm HOA approval and any permit requirements that apply to your property before work is scheduled. We provide samples and product information for HOA submissions.
• Move vehicles and fragile items away from the work area, and tell us about anything in the attic that could be disturbed by vibration.

Payment

Deposits, payment stages and accepted payment methods are set out in your written agreement. Cancellations and deposit refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Warranties

Repairs carry a 2-year written workmanship warranty. Warranty terms for other work are stated in writing in your quote or agreement. Manufacturer material warranties are issued by the manufacturer, not by us, and depend on the product and on correct installation.

Insurance claims

For storm damage, we photograph the damage, write a scope and can meet your adjuster on site. We are not a public adjuster. We do not negotiate claims, and we do not waive, absorb or rebate deductibles. Coverage decisions are between you and your insurance carrier.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Texas law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Terms in a signed agreement do not change without your written consent.
