Full Refund With Two Weeks' Notice

We keep cancellations clear and fair. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, reschedules, and deposit refunds work when you book roofing work with The Cedar Park Roofing Company. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Full Refund — 14+ Days Before Your Start Date

If you notify us at least 14 days before your scheduled start date, we'll refund your deposit in full. Just contact us with your project details and we'll take care of it.

2. Cancellations Within 14 Days

Because we order materials and reserve crew time ahead of your start date, cancellations made less than 14 days before may not be eligible for a full deposit refund — for example, where special-order materials have already been purchased or restocking fees apply. Contact us as soon as you can; we review every situation individually and will always try to help, including rescheduling where possible.

3. Reschedules

Plans and weather change. Where our schedule allows, we're glad to move your start date instead of cancelling. Reach out early; rescheduling is subject to crew and material availability.

4. Custom & Special-Order Materials

Some materials (for example, certain metal panels or special-order colors) are ordered specifically for your project and may be non-refundable once purchased. If any part of your deposit covers such items, we'll tell you upfront before ordering.

5. How Refunds Are Issued

• Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
• Once approved, we process refunds promptly; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.

6. Weather Delays

If we need to reschedule your project due to weather, that's not a cancellation — your deposit stays applied to your rescheduled work. See our Disclaimer for more on weather and circumstances beyond our control.

7. Completed Work

Work already completed and materials already installed are not refundable, though they remain covered by any applicable workmanship warranty described in your Terms & Conditions.
