Refund Policy

Inspections

Inspections are free, so there is nothing to refund. You are under no obligation to hire us after one.

Cancelling two weeks or more before your start date

Your deposit is refunded in full.

Cancelling less than two weeks before your start date

We refund your deposit less any costs we have already committed to on your behalf, which we will itemise for you. The most common example is material made or ordered specifically for your roof: metal panels are cut to order for each roof, and special-order colours cannot be returned. Where material can be returned to the supplier, we pass the refund on to you, less any restocking fee the supplier charges.

After work has started

Once work is under way, the agreement is settled on the basis of the work completed and materials supplied up to that point, as set out in your written agreement.

If we have to cancel

If we cancel for any reason other than weather, safety or access problems at the property, your deposit is refunded in full.

Weather delays

A start date moved because of weather is a reschedule, not a cancellation, and does not affect your deposit.

How to request a refund

Email thecedarparkroofingcompany@gmail.com or call (512) 651-3216 with your name, property address and scheduled start date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Workmanship problems

If something is wrong with completed work, that is a warranty matter rather than a refund. Contact us and we will come back and look at it.
