The Terms Behind Your Roof
Last updated: June 27, 2026
Welcome to The Cedar Park Roofing Company. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the roofing services we provide in Cedar Park and the surrounding Williamson County area. By requesting an estimate, scheduling work, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
We're a locally owned Cedar Park roofing company, and clear expectations protect both your home and our work. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Who We Are
The Cedar Park Roofing Company provides residential and commercial roofing services — including roof repair, roof replacement, metal roofing, and storm-damage restoration. You can review what we offer on our roofing services page.
2. Estimates & Quotes
We provide free inspections and written estimates. An estimate is based on the conditions visible and accessible at the time of inspection. Hidden conditions discovered once work begins — such as rotted decking, prior improper installation, or concealed water damage — may require a change order with adjusted pricing, which we will document and discuss with you before proceeding. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document and are subject to material price changes.
3. Scheduling & Weather
Roofing is weather-dependent. We may reschedule work for rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions to protect your property and our crew. We'll communicate changes as early as we can.
4. Payments & Deposits
- A deposit may be required to schedule work and order materials.
- The remaining balance is due as stated in your signed estimate or contract (for example, on substantial completion).
- Prices may exclude permit fees, disposal, or unforeseen structural repairs unless stated; your written estimate specifies what's included.
5. Insurance-Claim Work
Where your project involves an insurance claim, we can inspect your roof, document damage, and provide documentation to support your claim. The decision to approve, deny, or scope a claim rests solely with your insurance carrier. We do not act as a public adjuster, do not negotiate claims on your behalf in a legal capacity, and cannot guarantee any claim outcome or payment amount. You remain responsible for your deductible and for any amounts not covered by your carrier.
Important: we will never offer to waive, absorb, or "eat" your insurance deductible. Doing so is unlawful in Texas. Any work we perform is invoiced honestly, and your deductible is your responsibility.
6. Workmanship & Warranties
Roofing systems typically carry two separate kinds of warranty: a manufacturer's warranty on the materials (provided by the product manufacturer, subject to their terms) and a workmanship warranty on our installation. The specific length and terms of any workmanship warranty are stated in your written estimate or contract. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized repairs, alterations, lack of required maintenance, or damage from events outside normal wear (such as major storms).
7. Property Access & Responsibilities
- You agree to provide safe access to the roof and work areas, including driveway space for materials and dumpsters where needed.
- Please remove or secure fragile items in the attic and on walls, as roofing work causes vibration.
- You are responsible for disclosing known hazards (for example, solar equipment, satellite wiring, or structural concerns).
- Where required, you authorize us to obtain the City of Cedar Park permit and to coordinate any applicable HOA approval.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and deposit refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: contact us at least two weeks before your scheduled start date for a full refund of your deposit.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for pre-existing conditions not caused by our work. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Williamson County, Texas.
